5km Fun Run
We are excited to be involved with The Age Run Melbourne on 26th July 2015.
The official countdown is now on for our training.
Both Emma and Rachel are coming back from injuries, so this is a small goal and a step in the right direction for future hopefully longer runs over the year.
While we have been good at doing interval and weight training our cardio for longer distances has been lacking in our training programs, and so the time has come to make a goal and increase our cardio capacity.
We are aiming for a time of around 35 minute which should be around the 6 min Km mark -slow and steady wins the race – we hope.
